make namecards see through/invisible when in fish throw mode

it would be very usefull for the player to be able to see through the namecards of other while throwing fish

the second thing would be to disable clicking the namecards of other players as well because it happens a lot while trying to throw fishes

Mabye instead of making them non clicklable, a option to hide them entirely per button (perhaps over the fish throw) would benefit everyone in my opinion
Easily accessible while maintaining the QoL aspect to make them non-interactable but invisible aswell
