Help us track down problems and keep The Clearing running smoothly.

• Search existing reports first. Report one issue per thread with a clear, specific title.
• List the steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected, and what actually happened. Say how often it occurs.
• Include your device and operating system, browser or desktop app, game version if available, and the affected room or activity.
• Add the date, time and time zone, relevant error text, and screenshots or a short clip when useful. Remove personal information and account tokens.
• Report security issues, duplication exploits and account or payment details privately to staff through the official CDU support channels.
